Board and Staff of FOA

FOA is prayerfully led by several men from the community who make up our Board of Directors.
 

Aaron has served in full-time ministry since 2005. He joined FOA as Assistant Director in 2015 and has been Director since 2020. He teaches in the on-site Chapel, facilitates the Romans Program daily classes, leads a weekly Discipleship group and maintains oversight of the daily operations of the ministry.

Mike has served on staff at FOA for more than 40 years. He was the Assistant Director to Founder, Richard C. Barth before serving as Director. As Director Emeritus he is still very involved with the ministry. Mike teaches in the on-site Chapel and teaches the Doctrine program daily classes.

Jane has served at FOA for more than 40 years alongside her husband, Mike Bonner.
She manages the Financial and Accounting Office. Jane's responsibilities also include the management of the monthly newsletter and shopping for the ministry.

Kevin has been on staff at FOA for more than 10 years. He teaches Bible classes in the on-site Chapel and works in the Main Office. Kevin also leads a weekly Discipleship group.

Anthony has oversight of the Philemon House. He manages building and maintenance projects at FOA. Anthony also leads a weekly Discipleship group.

Kevin manages the Kitchen at FOA, which includes oversight of food resources and meal planning.

Charles's work in the Main Office includes communication, admission, scheduling, and organizational oversight.

Brandon teaches Bible Classes in the on-site Chapel. He meets FOA's various transportation needs. Brandon also leads a weekly Discipleship group.

Damien's work in the Main Office includes communication, admission, scheduling, and organizational oversight.

Duane and Marilyn Girton have chosen to dedicate months of the year to serving at FOA in a volunteer capacity.

Brittany has been a part of FOA for more than 10 years alongside her husband as support staff and serves Website Manager.
